    특징 ● MODEL : HJ-RLP & RHP-Series

    HANJU Flat type Glass level gauge는
    SOLAS 의 규정에 따라 발전되어 왔습니다.
    본제품은 강도 높은 borosilicate glass를
    채택하고 있으며, 몸체는stainless steel로
    보호되어 있습니다.
    Borosilicate glass는 투명함 용액이 주입될
    경우에도 빛의 반사를 이용해 선명한 수위를
    측정할 수 있는 장점을 가지고 있으며,
    물탱크, 오일탱크, 보일러 드럼등에
    사용됩니다.

    - Easy Maintenance for HJ-RLP-Series
    Gauge를 탱크에서 분리하지 않고
    세척할 수 있으며, 수리를 요한 경우
    탱크의 배출없이 isolation valve를 풀어
    body을 떼어낼 수 있습니다.

    사용되어집니다.

    특징 ● MODEL : HMAG-Series

    HANJU Magnetic flat type level gauge는
    SOLAS의 규정에 따라 발전되어 왔습니다.
    본 제품은 밝게 색칠된 flag로 먼거리에서도
    쉽게 식별 가능하며 indicator가
    실제 측정물과 완전 분리되어 있어,
    Sight glass가 적용될수 없는 지역에
    사용가능합니다.
    측정된 용액은 고압용 용기에 보관되어지며
    외부전기없이 연속적인 지시가 가능합니다

    추가적으로 level switches와
    level transmitters 사용시 단순히
    sight glass의 기능을 넘어선 능력을
    볼 수 있습니다.

    - Operation Principle
    수위가 올라갈때,
    자석을 장착한 float가 바깥쪽에 있는 자성을
    띤 floags를 전환해 붉은색으로 수위를
    측정(color-side-out)하고 다시 수위가
    내려갈때, float가 내려가면 flags는 원래대로녹색으로 전환(plain-side-out)됩니다.

    특징 ● MODEL : HMAG-Series

    HANJU Dial type float level gauge는
    중유, 경유 윤활유, 물탱크에 사용되며,
    유독성, 부식성 또는 가연성 가스나 악취를
    발생시키는 용액에 사용됩니다.
    부식성이 적고, 안전하며 유지가 용이 합니다.

    - Operation Principle
    Dial type float level gauge는 float,
    measuring wire and indicator unit으로
    구성되어 있으며 액체 위에 떠 있는 float는
    mearuring wire와 연결되어 있고,
    indicator body속의 wiredrum에 감기게
    되는데, wire drum이 회전하면서
    기어에 전달되어 indicator dial이 수위를
    지시하게 됩니다.
    Tape drum은 constant drum에 연결되어
    있는데, 이 onstant drum이 수위변화로
    야기되는 measruting wire의 느슨함을
    감아주는 역활을 하여,
    항상 wire은 긴장도를 유지시켜 줍니다.

    특징 ● MODEL : HSCG-Series

    HANJU Self- powered content gauge는
    transmitter diaphragm,
    capillary tube and indication gauge로
    구성되어 집니다.
    탱크속 수위의 무게가
    transmitter diaphragm의 가스압으로
    변하고 변화된 가스압은 다시
    capillary tube를 통해 indication gauge로
    이동하는데 이는 탱크 속 수두압이 Level에
    정비레 함을 의미합니다.

    과도한 압력 혹은 저압이 걸릴 때,
    측정값은 보상되지 않습니다.

    특징 ● MODEL : HFS-Series

    HANJU Magnetic type level switch는
    수위를 감지하여 on-off로 동작되는
    micro switch의 접점신호를 송신하게
    됩니다.
    자석의 동작은 마주보고 설치된 자석이
    서로 미는 힘을 이용하여 동작되는데
    float 끝단에 하나, housing속의
    switch unit에 하나의 자석이 설치되어
    동작됩니다.

    HANJU Reed switch type float
    level switch는 float속에 설치된 자석과guide pipe속의 reed switch로 구성되어
    지며 용액이 수위가 올라가거나 내려갈때
    reed switch가 On-Off된다.
    두개의 stopper가 float의 이동을 제한하여
    self-hold reed switch contact operation을 가능하게 합니다.

    Reed switch type float level switch는
    청수, 해수, 오일, 및 점성이 낮은 액체에
    사용됩니다.

    The tuning fork is
    piezoelectrically enegised
    and vibrates at its mechanical
    resonance frequency of approx. 145Hz.
    The piezoelectric elements are fastened
    mechanically and are therefore
    not subject to temperature shock
    limitataions.
    When the turning fork is
    immersed in the product,
    the amplitude of the vibration changes.
    This change is detected
    by the integrated electronics
    and converted into a switching
    command.

    The BM 500 level transmitter operates
    on the potentiometric measuring
    pronciple and is designed for use
    in all electrically conductive products
    with a minimum conductivity

    for measuring level in small vessels
    containing paste,
    heavy caking or viscous products.

    The elecronic evaluation unit is
    intergrated in the connecting gead
    and supplies
    and output signal of 4...20 mA
    that is proportional to level.

    The HWM 500 hygienic process
    welding sleeve ensures installation
    in conformity
    with standards of hygiene.

    Due to its ability to withstand
    high temperatures (140℃ / 285℉),
    the BM 500 is eminently suitable
    for CIP cleaning and sterilizing 
    processes.
