  특징	- 재료 공급을 리본 공급 방식으로 제작되어   Mixing roller kneader 없이도 간단히 작업할 수 있습니다.   Materials are manufactured by ribbon provision method,   so it’s possible to work simply without mixing roller kneader. - 절단 중량 정밀도 (±1%~±2%)로 보증하며 그 정밀도는 정상 절단 개시 후 작업 완료까지   보증됩니다.   It’s guaranteed by the degree of cutting weight precision (±1%~±2%) and   the degree of precision is always guaranteed after the normal cutting   to working completion. - 스트레나(40+120 메쉬) 내장으로 이물질이 제거되고 분산이 좋아집니다.   As strainer (40+120 mesh) is equipped, foreign substances are eliminated and   dispersion becomes better. - 스크류 탈부착이 용이하여 실린더 내의 고무 잔량 청소가 용이하고 아이템 교체 시간이 짧아   생산성이 좋아집니다.   It’s easy to attach and detach screw, so residual rubber of cylinder can be easily cleaned.   And, productivity becomes better because of the short time for exchanging items. - 중량 확인 저울과 본체가 연동되어 실측치가 바로 수정됩니다.   Scale for weight is interlocked with main body,   so the value of actual measurement is rightly revised. - 1명이 여러대 작업이 가능합니다.   1 worker can work in several equipments. - 기계 냉각 방식이 공냉식이므로 별도 냉각장치가 필요없습니다.   Machine is cooled by air cooling type, so separate cooling equipment is not necessary. - 유압장치가 없는 관계로 전력비가 기존의 약 30% 수준으로 절감되며 A/S가 거의 없습니다.   As there is not hydraulic system, electricity cost is   reduced to about 30% of existing cost and there is few A/S. - 유압 컨트롤 방식을 채택하지 않으므로 소음, 작업성, 설치장소 등 모든 면에서 친환경적입니다.   It doesn’t adopt hydraulic control system,   so it’s eco-friendly in all aspects such as noise, workability, installed place, etc.
